From Tools menu -> Preferences there is an easy setting to set up model loader to pick up only desired dependencies based on dependency type:
Above diagram shows how the user has edited "Define dependency types manually" field to have inc.
This lets you to easily navigate model around based on inc dependencies, like here in a zephyr project example case:
