Startup problems with 32 bit Windows PC: In case the splash screen just flashes and the app startup fails, please report the issue for us, and also you may finetune the memory parameter:
Open folder in the install location, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\softagram
Edit SoftagramDesktop.vmoptions file with Notepad
The file has good instructions how you may edit it, but here is the same information briefly:
Decrease Xmx number by 100 megabytes, until the app gets started. Keep it as big as possible to allow sufficient memory.
Increase Xmx number (while the app also gets started) if need more memory (and faster visualization) to handle larger software projects.
