Senior Odoo Developer / Odoo Specialist (full-time, remote within Finland or on-site in Kempele). Hands-on Odoo experience required: customer-facing implementation, customisation, integration and maintenance of Odoo ERP systems.
We are looking for an Odoo Specialist to join Softagram and deliver Odoo ERP systems for our customers. You will work directly with clients, turning their business processes into well-working Odoo solutions, and you will see the impact of your work on their day-to-day operations.
We offer customer-focused services for the implementation, development and maintenance of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, as well as the execution of AI solutions. Security is our top priority, both in our own operations and in our client work, and we have built extensive, long-term expertise in it.
In our daily work we use modern development tools, such as Claude Code, and actively share best practices within the team. In our small, skilled team you will have a major opportunity to influence how things are done.

How we work
- We use AI agents with direct, secure access to Odoo, which makes development remarkably smooth and efficient.
- We verify complex changes with our own in-house code analysis tools.
- Our security expertise is top-notch. We also do penetration testing and have our own security scanner for Odoo modules.
- We use Odoo ourselves. Sales, projects, timesheets and our website run on Odoo, and our own production is already on Odoo 20.
What you will do
- Implement and configure Odoo for customers: sales, projects and timesheets, accounting, inventory, website and more
- Customise Odoo with custom addons (Python, XML, OWL)
- Integrate Odoo with customers' other systems and migrate data
- Upgrade, maintain and support production Odoo systems
- Work with customers to understand their processes and propose practical solutions
Must have
- Hands-on Odoo experience from real projects
- Python and the Odoo framework (ORM, views, security), or deep functional configuration skills
- PostgreSQL and Git fundamentals
- Fluent English
- Proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Based in Finland
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo version upgrades and data migrations
- Docker and Linux server experience
- JavaScript / OWL front-end experience
- Understanding of accounting and project-business processes
- Experience with AI-assisted development
- Finnish language skills
