What does enterprise resource planning cost?
The cost of Odoo enterprise resource planning consists of three parts: the license, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. We openly share the pricing fundamentals so you can assess the overall picture even before the first meeting.

The cost consists of three parts
License
Odoo Community is open source and does not require license fees. If you need features from the Enterprise version, the license is paid to Odoo on a per-user basis. We help you choose which one suits you.
Implementation
One-time work: defining processes, settings, data transfers from old systems, and training. The cost is most affected by how much you deviate from standard processes.
Maintenance
A fixed monthly fee that includes a server in Finland, updates, backups, monitoring, and Finnish language support. No separate server or update bills.

System mapping

Current state mapping: systems, integrations, and their interdependencies. For small businesses, light mapping remotely, often within a few hours. Comprehensive mapping on-site for the entire system field with interviews starting from €2,200.
Prices are excluding VAT. Work is primarily done remotely. Travel costs for comprehensive mapping are billed as incurred.
What is the price based on?
- Billing follows actual usage.The number of users is checked monthly based on active users.
- Standard is the most affordable.The closer you stay to standard Odoo, the cheaper the maintenance and easier the updates. The number of customized modules increases the maintenance cost.
- Customization is done only when it is beneficial.The price is agreed upon in advance as a fixed or target price.
- AI-assisted development.We perform customizations and version upgrade migrations with AI assistance, which is directly reflected in the workload.
- No mandatory annual updates.The rhythm of switching Odoo's main version is agreed upon with you, and we provide a workload estimate proactively in advance.
