Navigate yourself to a following address: (you can find it under the Repo view in GitLab.com)
https://gitlab.com/<user_account>/<repo_name>/settings/integrations
then add
https://private.softagram.com/api/gitlab-pullrequest-commenter-webhook
to URL field, leave the Secret Token empty and tick "Merge request events"
